When a commercial tenant intends to assign or sublease the property it is leasing, either party might prepare the first draft of the Sublease or Lease Assignment. We will represent the party receiving a proposed Sublease or Lease Assignment, reviewing the document and relevant portions of the existing lease. We will give you written comments regarding our observations and concerns. Includes up to 30 minutes of in-person or telephone consultation between you and a Lucent Law attorney. Drafting revisions to the proposed lease addendum is not included, but at your request, we will provide a fixed fee quote drafting revisions.
