A properly drafted purchase and sale agreement is crucial to a successful and smooth commercial real estate transaction. We will: prepare a customized Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement on behalf of a buyer or seller of commercial real estate, whether vacant land or with one or more buidlings; order title insurance commitment from title insurer; prepare necessary exhibits to Purchase and Sale Agreement; and coordinate with the closing agent. Includes consultation with a Lucent Law attorney of up to 30 minutes and one (1) revision to the Purchase and Sale Agreement resulting from negotiations with the other party to the agreement. Additional revisions will be billed at $100 each. Does not include review of title commitment exceptions (including but not limited to declaration of covenants, conditions & restrictions, easements and other encumbrances); performance of due diligence; or other matters not described in the scope of work above.
