A commercial lease addendum may be proposed by either the landlord or the tenant to alter the terms of the lease. We will represent the party receiving the proposed addendum, reviewing the addendum and relevant portions of the existing lease. We will give you written comments regarding our observations and concerns. Includes up to 30 minutes of in-person or telephone consultation between you and a Lucent Law attorney.
